16 peeled pistachios
8 dattes (approx. 250 g organic Madjoul)
2 little sprigs of thyme
0.33 tbsp liquid honey

Slice the dates lengthwise so that the two halves still hang together. Remove the stones.

Put two pistachios in the each date.

Pluck the sprigs of thyme, spread them over the dates and add honey.
