Mix the tomatoes, mozzarella, olives, garlic, a teaspoon olive oil, rosemary and black pepper.
Heat the oven to 180 °C.
Remove the inside of the mushrooms with a spoon.
Mix a teaspoon of the remaining olive oil in a bowl with lemon juice and soya sauce. Then, soak the insides and outsides of the mushrooms completely in this mix.
Place the mushrooms in the oven and let it cook slightly until they get soft (for approx. 5 minutes). Turn the mushrooms so that the other side gets cooked, too (for 5 minutes again).
Remove them from the oven and stuff them with the mixture from point 1.
Garnish them with the remaining cheese.
Place the mushrooms back in the oven. Roughly three minutes after the melting of the cheese, take the mushrooms out of the oven.
