Ingredients
500gMazafati Dates
150gwheat flour
125 ml sunflower oil or 210g butter
2tbspbrewed saffron
2tbsprosewater
Almonds and organic pistachios: at your discretion
Preparation

Cook the wheat flour in already-heated oil. Stir constantly until the flour turns brown.

Remove the date stones and add them with brewed saffron (pour hot water over saffron and wait until the saffron releases his colour) and rosewater to the roasted flour and mix well. After the ingredients are mixed well, let the halva cool.

Pour then the halva in a nice plate and decorate with pistachios and almonds at your discretion.
