We offer best caviar from HACCP certified breeding farms that use ISO certified food and give enough space to the fish to grow naturally. No growth hormones or other artificial additives are used.
Caviar is rich in vitamins A, D and B12, proteins, omega-3 fatty acids, the mineral salts calcium, phosphorus and magnesium and in the trace element iron. Caviar furthermore contains vitamin E and essential amino acids.
