Caviar is rich in vitamins A, D and B12, proteins, omega-3 fatty acids, the mineral salts calcium, phosphorus and magnesium and in the trace element iron. Caviar furthermore contains vitamin E and essential amino acids.

We had the pleasure of starting 2021 with the delicious Swisspica Imperial Beluga. I don’t remember ever tasting a caviar as exquisite, delicate, and creamy as this one. Definitely an amazing treat to celebrate special occasions.

Ein sehr guter Kaviar. Schöne Farbe, körnig, aromatisch, niedriger Salzgehalt, was kann man mehr wünschen. Ein leicht öliger Geschmack ist etwas störend, aber nicht weiter schlimm.
